rks you can ask your ip for a payment break,if you dont manage to get it included in your iva, i would doubt it if the council have instructed your employees to deduct the payment from your wages they have the authority to do this with council tax,but seems a bit harsh,since ive had assistance with my council tax arrears in the past,when contacting them.i would,nt delay ringing your ip as they may be able to stop the payment going through or at least get it refunded.

I would also say that once the original people left, they would drop off the register once the new forms come round and you fill it in with your details.

Check with the landlord as he should be able to tell you when the previous tenants left.
