Hubby received a letter on Saturday and I received one today from these lovely people who care only that we haven't been missold our iva, there is absolutely nothing in it for them at all - yeah right!
Anyway, the letter addressed to me had my full name in the window but was one number out on the house number. If that letter had gone to the other house (right accross the road) and they had opened it by mistake, then my financial business would have been advertised to my neighbours!
Firstly, would I have been able to do anything had that happened and secondly, would I really trust a company who can't even get my personal details correct?
I know loan sharks and estate agents get bad press but perhaps this is another bunch of ****** to add to the list.
I don't blame you for being annoyed, I would have been as well.
I don't know if there is anything that you can do if that happens, but I would be inclined to send a letter of complaint to them and tell them not to bother you again.
