I am trying to get Liability Insurance for my new venture. I was made redundant befor x-mas. My IVA is currently on hold while I seek employment. So Far all insurance co have turned me down- Help Please

Well phoned towergate refused to insure me. Looks like I will trade without any public liability.Wanted to do everything by the book, I am sure that all my applications are kept on record so its not for the want of trying.

What was their reason for not offering you insurance as you are not bankrupt nor in an IVA?
You really don't want to trade without insurance, keep trying and good luck.
7 year IVA completed in December 2016 - there is light at the end of that tunnel

I am in an IVA its on hold at the moment- I am also trying to set a business bank account up any one had any dealings with this company?

I wasn't aware insurance companies credit search you - i am not sure if it depends on the type of business etc - now i am concerned as i currently have liability insurance and will need to renew it during our IVA (if it gets agreed)
Debt free by 2015 xx
