thanks to everyone who responded to my creditor query i rang my ip and i had nothing to worry about. i found out that this creditor was saying i owed alot more then i originally put down on my statement at the beginning of my iva. lucky for me,after turning my house upside down looking for all of my creditors agreements i managed to find original document proving i dont owe as much as they say i do.now my ip as said that this spare money will go to clearing off my other debts RESULT
