Well it's beenfour months since i started my IVA processa and i'm still NOWHERE!!!!!....and to top it all off i've just been told that we may be losing our jobs at work!!!.

Do i carry on with the IVA or just concede to BR???

I would speak with your IP and consider your options - depending on your circumstances - are you a homeowner? are you married ? do you have a young family? etc etc- ultimately it is your decision but if you have not got the above then BR may be the right thing for you - although speak with a IP for professional advice....goodluck

Who have you used to set up the IVA??
You need to contact the company to inform them that you may be losing your job,there is little point in carrying on with an IVA proposal until you know for sure that you can make payments. Perhaps a DMP for a short while as a stop gap until you find out whats happening employment wise?

As others say talk with your IP for case specific advice and hopefully you'll reach the right solution for you.

i'm sorry to hear your job is at risk, so many are now it's a bad time x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
