I have recieved a letter from moneymeans indicating that my IVA may not have been the best option for me. Hs anyone heard of this company? I am starting my 3rd year in my IVA. Debt plans I feel are worse because there is no fixed period as in a IVA plus creditors can still chase you. what are peoples thoghts on this company?

Ignore these idiots. They will take you down the Bankruptcy route, and charge you a kings ransom for something you can quite simply do yourself.
I think Size 5 who posts regularly would be interested in this letter.

Last one I had was from up north Mel!

I agree with all the comments on here, just ignore the letter and carry on with your IVA.

Hi thank you everyone I just think it is bad that IVA people are on a public reigster. It is so wrong when you consider we are attemtping to repay our debts. I am wise about these companies and know full well IVA was best option for me. This website has been great though a big thank you to the professionals who contribute Melanie / Andy / Declan etc
