Could i make claims to any payment protection insurance of a credit card whilst under IVA

Yes i think you can,but any money you get you will have to pay it into your IVA,an expert will be along soon to tell you more

You could, but any gain would either reduce the debt of that particular creditor in the IVA, or form a windfall whicha all creditors would benefit from.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

If you use a claim company it would probably charge you, personally I would not bother because as they say the only people who will benefit are the creditors anyway, unless you plan to return the full debt to them with interest in which case it may be worth pursuing.
