when you go for an iva do there take in things like cares allowance disability living allowance child tax credit

Hi Starboy,

They will take those things into account as it is income, but I think they also take into account what you need some of those allowances for.

An IP will advise you on that.

I am sure that the DLA is easily covered with the additional expenditure you incur as a result of the disability - but all income has to be fully accounted for if you are going to propose an IVA or a DMP to creditors.
