Touch wood, I've not needed any treatment for years.

Don't like going but it doesn't really bother me that much.

Barcalys plagued us for a while too but after the IVA was approved the calls weren't scary and I adopted the attitude that if they wanted to waste their time let them. Then I would just simply politely say "sorry but we are now in an IVA so I cannot continue with this phone call" and hang up - they soon stopped calling.

IVA approved Aug 2008 - 6 year term - last payment made 6 Oct 2014. CC received 14 Nov 2014.

I was very lucky. They phoned me the day I was approved and I've not heard from them since.
