HI joelizzie, welcome to the forum, why not take a look at www.iva.com for a list of companies and some reviews. Always take the advice of 2 or 3 companies to get case specific impartial FREE advice.

Be confident when you choose a company as 60 months is a long journey together, make sure they're contactable easily too.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

This is not the first time this weekend that we have seen posters complaining about being harrassed by IVA companies. Be very firm with them next time and tell them that you want them to remove your details from their records as you have chosen another company. This should do the trick.

I think they should be stopped from doing this. Once you have said 'no' then that should be it - no more calls.

Welcome and good luck with your IVA proposal. As others have said a good firm 'NO' and a request to remove your details from their database should do the trick, if not threaten them with legal action and they'll soon stop calling.
1st payment Oct 2008, last payment Dec 2013. Certificate received March 2015 due to PPI claim.
