Ive been googling "mobile phone contract no credit check".
The majority are fine with "sim only" options.
Orange are supposed to be good if you pick a cheap handset n low tarrif & if you have a credit rating of a student or 0 record.
Virgin - seem to be the highest one accepting "bad credit" customers on cheap handsets/tarrifs.
O2 seem to be the worst - so all you still with your O2 contracts - stick with them
Im personally on 02 P&G n would be my no1 choice for a contract phone.
Final IVA payment made in April 2013, never ever thought we could do it or get through it but we did! X

I've been with O2 since 2004 and really rate them.

I upgraded to the iphone as well, didn't have a credit check as i was already on the £45 a month tariff, this is built into my iva as i have no landline at home and i when i went into my iva i was doing store refits so the tariff justified my expense, i was constantly on the phone to builders and staff and sorting things out, im currently at the point where it would be good to get a lower tariff but still have a few months on my 24 month contract.
we have been with o2 throughout , and my contract is £25 pm but in dec we can drop it to £15 pm as we have been with them abut 10 years . just had a blackberry on my upgrade . my husband had my sons iphone on payg as he wanted some new handset . he offered it to me but unfortunately i cant use them , i have reynauds so when touching the screen on iphone it doesnt register as my fingers are stone cold !!! bit of a buggar , i like the

We are with Virgin on Pay as you go, but next year when the iva finishes we are looking to get a contract as I have been told by the good experts on here, it can help to build credit rating again. x
Its now time to start living and to make some some wonderful memories!

Yes quite agree flow a mobile contract does help your credit rating & I will be looking into it to after my IVA.
But you will find your IVA wont drop off your credit file till a year after your IVA has been completed.
I had a mobile contract before my IVA but told to get rid n switch to P&G to reduce my expenditure to enable to offer more to my IVA payments - something I really regret now n wish I had not done as I was told - but we live n learn.
