Hi I'm in an IVA with Blair Endersby I only have seven months to go and they have started being funny with me. I had my last annual report which was perfectly fine then out of the blue I had a letter saying I was in breach of my arrangement. I phoned them up and they said they hadn't had my wage slips from 2008 t0 2009 I told them they had and I sent them again they even had their stickers on them . now I have a letter saying they are calling all creditors to a meeting. They want me to sign a form changing my arrangement details giving them more money and charging me £350 for setting up the meeting. Am I in my rights not to sign this? As I haven't had a pay rise for four years I haven't been able to give them any extra while my expenditure has risen it hasn't got any less will this extra money they want to take out put me in default and can they do this? thakyou for your input

Hi there and welcome to the forum

The facts as you have stated them do seem very odd - which makes me think that there may be more to this that first meets the eye. We are unable to give specific case advice on the forum - as we don't have detailed knowledge of your own arrangement - so all I can suggest is that you call your IP firm directly and ask to speak to your IP personally who ought to be able to explain to you what has happened - and why this has suddenly come out of the blue.

Let us know the outcome in due course.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner
