My flat is being knocked down, and because of this I get a home loss payment to allow me to carpet my new place, and as compensation for having to move.

Do I need to declare this payment?

Hi there, if you're in an IVA I would defintely let your IP know and explain what it's for etc., and spent on carpets it should be ok. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Totally agree with Lesley.

I think you will be ok.

Advise them of it, but the money is yours to spend on new carpets.
