Nice to see Declan getting some credit for a new case, rather than some of the older problems he seems to spend a lot of time dealing with. Are you sure there are not two of you Declan?
Fortunately not Mel, just one of me! I’m sure Cakie wont mind me saying that we had a lot of communication with each other going through different queries and areas of the IVA. It was a pleasure to help her through the initial stages and was great to see her IVA passing yesterday.
