Hope it all gets sorted for you - like Mel said ask to speak to your IP direct and get this resolved immediately. The longer you wait it will eat up at you which is bad. Get right on it and put your mind at rest

Hope it all gets sorted quickly and you get an apology ( and the flowers [:D]) I would email your IP direct and complain about not being able to speak to her direct. Remember you are paying fees for a service and she should be available.

Even if you had failed to make payments, you'd think they would try and phone you/send letters before failing the IVA.

Would it be possible to swap then IVA over to another firm if he is not happy with service they're providing? If I was in the same position as Robbie, I would not be comfortable with this company handling my case and would want to move it!

Once you are in an IVA you are stuck with that company. It would cost too much and involve it going back to court.
