hi im on a mortgage with my brother and sister in law but i moved out about a year ago on into rented accomadation with my partner.He now wants to move into a new property but his current mortgage provider doesnt want to know only one lender will help him so should this affect him as it was me that was in the iva not him??

If the mortgage is in his name only it should not be an issue. Maybe he should speak to a broker and find out what the problem really is.

all our names are on the mortgage but he wants to move to a new property he has spoke to the mortgage broker and im the problem but i not going to be on this new mortgage
