IM WONDERING U KNOW WHEN THE REVIEWS ARE DONE, WILL THEY GO FROM THE START DATE OF THE IVA, OR WILL HE HAVE TO PUT THE 50% ASIDE INCASE THEY GO FROM NOW?
LOGIC TELLS ME SURELY THEY CAN ONLY EXPECT HIM TO PAY FROM THE START DATE BUT JUST WONDERED YOUR THOUGHTS?
