My F & F for my iva has been paid but there is a delay in my completion paperwork as one creditor hasnt submitted a claim for an overdraft. When i first did my iva proposal i was overdrawn by £250 but this was cleared before my iva started so my iva company are waiting for a claim which doesnt exist. I will phone them monday and tell them that the claim doesnt exist as i was not overdrawn and can prove it so that my completion paperwirk can be completed quickly ive been told 5 to 6 weeks or sooner if this creditor makes a claim.
