my fixed mortgage has just finished, the payments are being reduced by £50.00 per month, which is great. I am a month behind on the payments, they have requested that I keep the payments the same until the arrears are paid off, do I need to make my IP aware of this, I have a letter from them confirming the arrangement. Many thanks

Hi I would suggest the answer is yes. Always tell your IP everything. Plus I reckon they will need a copy of the letter.
Our mortgage is due to end the term in May next year and I've already told our IP as my hub wages should change around the same time too, so its been planned for us to have a review early.

Hi there I would agree with LB and inform your IP, always best to keep them in the loop with everything and that way no surprises for either party. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

thanks everyone I have email Claire @ Jones Giles, just to keep her in the picture. British Gas have also put my monthly payment up by £10.00, still at least we will be covered for the winter payments.
