We send our payslips off quarterly, I know that some companies do require them every month.
As Michael says, overtime or bonus payment uplifts should be paid within 14 days. Most IPs will need to be told about overtime payments and if you need to use the money for repairs etc you will need to provide proof.

Well no one has asked me yet but maybe my IP is just slow. Will re-read the agreement
Stewpots - each company work differently, you do need to read your proposal and chairmans report to see what it says.
It is all down to it being individual.

Lots of my clients choose to send me their wageslips on a monthly basis. Others don't but do run the risk that if they fail to calculate or mis-calculate, they may end up owing money at the end of the year.
