Please ignore letters from any companies that tell you can help you out of your IVA. They cannot buy your IVA from your existing company and the certainly cannot get rid of your debts in less time than an IVA can.

If you are struggling with your IVA then please speak to your IP in the first instance, otherwise carry on until the end.

If it sounds too good to be true then it will be.
