i got iva from judge providing i sell house but after that i got letter saying i had to pay £50 a month which i did because i thought thats what an iva was i was taken to court last week and they are now taking the house i am 66years old and im left penniless i have written full story on forum on three pages its all so confusing
Hopefully one of the experts will be along shortly as you obviously have a lot going on. Jan's idea about speaking to the CAB is a good one. Let us know how you get on. You could also try going back to the court or the receiver for your documents so you know exactly what happened (iva or br) and what the creditors require from you to settle your debts.
