Hi All, just to let the forum Know my Full and final of 7000K was rejected today. However, because I have conformed to the terms of an equity release modification whereby I had to obtain offers of remortgage, I have been advised by my IP to maintain payments and obtain third party funds to cover 2000GBP which a remortage would net. I am quite relieved at that actually. It means that I will be out of Debt in April 2011. Thanks to all for advise and help

I am so sorry to hear that your offer was rejected, especially as you are due to finish this year anyway. They can be morons sometimes can't they?

Surprised they didn't go for it --- but you came out the winner in the end. Bet when they sit down and do the maths they'll feel sick.
