More worryingly the company is not on Companies House and doesn't seem to have a CCL.

I've asked our Compliance Director to talk to the DRF and see if we can get some group pressure behind them. I agree that there is a place for bankruptcy assist companies, but there is no place for this kind of dodgy marketing.
