Hi There

Not sure if anyone watch the thing after the news but the comments were a bit one sided against IVA. There was one rip off company posing to help and charging lots of money. A posing rip off merchant using a good name to put people in debt management plan but not really just ripping them off.

The programme was a bit biased against insolvency practioners.

On the whole if people in debt think there is no genuine help out there what the hell are they going to do?

It is going to put desperate and scared people very black place.

Is there going to be an answer for the opposition so to speak?

If I had seen that before I found this place I would have been too scared to google it.

How bad does it show the industry.

I did not see it all, but the BBC should be fair and unbiased. If it was all one sided, and judging by the last 10 minutes it did seem to be then they have a case to answer in this regards I would have thought.

They were not fair and unbiased at all. I'd happily go on there to put things right - even though I always said I'd keep things anonymous.

The BBC are never fair and unbiased!!!

I think they muttered something about contacting the CAB, but they needed to give more information about what people should do.

I am sure that people will continue to look for a solution, they have to, they may be a little put off by this programme but they will forced to do something.

Hopefully they will come here and will be sorted by you lovely people.

Where there is a problems there is a solution, right?

Trying to think of an unbiased thing to say before I return to my Lily pad.

Take care all..... and good luck.
