Hi im about to enter my 3rd year i an iva but for the second year iv'e over earned and not declared the money last time this happened they McCd extended the terms of the iva by 9 months will this happen again or should i default and deal with creditors direct
yours scared .
You need to speak to your IP about this as you should have paid across monies to your IVA when you earned them.
I have no idea what they will do but you cannot deal with your creditors directly whilst in an IVA.
I'm sure Michael will pick up on this one.

Hi and welcome! Speak to your IP as soon as you can. You know you've breached the agreement so only need to find out whether they will allow you to extend again. If you stay in the iva and get another payrise, just let your IP know when you get the first payslip and they can look after you then to make sure you pay the uplift at the appropriate time. Good luck and let us know how you get on x
Hi there, do speak with your IP as s/he will be able to offer you the most concise advise, in my opinion it's always best to send in any uplift due and keep in contact with your Ip at all times if there is change not just at review times, it works well for me and will stop any surprises of monies owing or IVa's being extended.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
