Will I be able to resume being trustee after IVA?

When I entered into my IVA,I had to resign as a trustee of a registered charity. My IVA will be completed in 6 months time and I would like to take this up again when will I be allowed to do so?

Hi there

Yes, once your IVA has been completed you are no longer insolvent and the arrangement with your creditors will have come to an end. You should then be able to take up your post as a Trustee once again.

I would do so. Wait until you have your formal certificate of completion as proof that your IVA has finished.
