Hi all... I've been offered a job with a large car retailer (currently work in sales with the same company for the last 15years). I will need to be fsa registeted for the job. I am in year 3 of my iva and all going well. Just wondering if the iva will stop me from becoming fsa registered for the job......

Hi Kevin,

I've no idea on this one I'm afraid, hopefully one of the experts will be along with some advice shortly.

I know that those who are FSA registered can remain so but must inform the FSA who will monitor them. Therefore I see no reason why you cannot be FSA registered while in an IVA but a telephone call to their compliance team would be a help.
