Exactly Lulu regarding the shopping, I find it much easier that way and did it for a while before the IVA too actually. At the moment I am paying for an old electric/gas bill out of the £80 per week as I switched to a cheaper company but that left me with an outstanding bill to the old company so will be glad when that's paid off and there's travel costs to work out of it too. I smoke

but am in the process of giving up which is hard when im stressed! I am finding though that I can think of a future now hopefully

i am in the early days of the IVA process, but have been budgeting since making the application almost 6 weeks ago now, i have to say i am quite enjoying it so far. shopping around and looking for the best prices, before i could not have told you how much a loaf of bread or pint of milk was, now i know they vary hugely!
and from now on i'm a cash only girl, i draw out a weekly amount and it has to last. i'm done with the plastic. for me its good to see the cash in my purse and to see how quickly it dissapears if the wrong choices are made!
i'm viewing it as rehab! and so far it feels good, just hope the IVA gets accepted now.
