an IVA is based on fraudulent documents ?

What happens if it is discovered an IVA was accepted on fraudulent documents? ie; the debtor submitted false information and back up documents about their job.

This would be a criminal act and the debtor would be in serious trouble. If you have evidence of this you should approach the IP involved.

Quite agree Michael - it needs exposing if they have done this.
