Sorry the reply is so late, I managed to get a mortgage with a 15% deposit as soon as my iva left my credit report. Also my credit score was so much better the day the iva left.
I had a number of people tell me it wasn't possible and had to wait at least 3 years from when I completed my iva.
I'm so pleased to say this wasn't the case and thank you all for your help and advice
