I hope Declan will pick up on this tomorrow - you need to speak to DFD and sort out your I&E.

Agree with Michael as well - might be worth a phone call.

Hi Michael

I really appreciate your reply. Unfortunately his membership company have told him a flat no way! He spoke to them on Friday. The current set of exams he is doing is a step towards being a Financial Controller or Finance Director. He will be automatically barred from undertaking this type of work if he does declare bankruptcy.

The IVA is the better option for us. I have changed the details on the form and DFD say that it's fine. The figure still stands. Brilliant!
