I haven't heard of them but your IP will be as well qualified and tightly regulated as any other. Have you been happy with their service? x

so far so good although i have never spoken to my ip personally, it seems to be a large company and i have a case manager who i contact and then he reports direct to the ip. Im thinking i went down the wrong career path after hearing some of the fees that are involved, i know they do a lot of hard work but so do i and i dont get paid anywhere near as much as they do but musn't grumble

If it's so far so good James, then hopefully it will remain like that. I'm sure you could speak to your IP direct if you needed but so long as everything is going ok then the case manager should suffice, but remember if you're ever experiencing problems and want to speak to your IP do insist on doing so.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi. Me & hubby are with MD&C & are now in year 4[:)]
We have had no problems whatsoever with them & would recommend them to anyone wanting to go down the IVA route. They are friendly & helpful, and if anything work more with the customer than the creditor.

I had a bad experience with them but of course the same can be said of a lot of companies - we see good and bad on here about most firms.
