Hi,

I have recently had my IVA accepted (Single application) and have made my first two monthly payments. The IVA was calculated on the joint household income & expenditure.
However, the relationship with my partner has now come to an end and I need to move out of our home.
This will mean that my expenditure will change due to rented accomodation and payment of funds for my childrens upkeep etc.
Has anybody else been in similar situations? How do I go about this?

Very stressed right now :(

Kind Regards

Hi Diesel.

Sorry to hear that things aren't going so well. You will definitely need to speak to your IP about this. I am sure they will point you in the right direction.
Stick around, as others with more knowledge will come along and advise very soon x
