I put forward a F&F of 15k which will take it up to the 21k i owe (as I've paid 6k off) I called by IP today and I could have screamed! I wrote 3 weeks ago with the offer and asked if she had received the letter she said 'ugh'. She then asked if i was putting all of my redundancy up, which I said no that i was putting the 15k up (44months x £350) and that i needed living expenses. I asked (as many have suggessted I do) if she, in her experience, thought it was a resonable offer, 'I cant say if it will be agreed' she said, 'thats not waht i asked' i replied and asked the same question again, 'it will go to my supervisor to check' is her reply...I could scream, she is such a daft girl I will be so glad when this is over. She said I'll know by Fri if they will set up a meeting with my creditor's. I bet that I dont hear so have decided that if I haven't I call again on Mon..what fun!
Is this normal or do I have the daftest advisior in the world...

Hi,

Your supervisor can only put forward what you have offered, she cannot say whether or not it will be accepted.

Personally speaking, it sounds like a good offer to me and they should set up a meeting anyway as you have asked for it.

Hopefully you will get a meeting date this week.

Sounds like a good offer to me. It was probably just an office worker you spoke to. Its the decision of the creditors at the end of the day.

Good luck
