Hi, I've just had my 2nd I&E review completed and I saw on the paperwork that only 3 creditors out of the 6 I was in debt with had made a claim. What does this mean and what happens should the other 3 make their claims? I owed £10k on one and they have yet to make a claim. Can these creditors contact me independently or does it mean I can expect my payments to go up if they do make a claim? Bit confused, thanks.

It means that the other three are very slow and they should be getting chased by your IP. If they do not eventually claim, the other creditors will get a higher dividend - and they cannot chase you directly.

Hi Foxy & welcome to the forum from me.

Its really nothing for you to be worried about as they are bound by the IVA. Your IP should be taking care of it at there end & creditors will claim eventually or they will lose out.
Ive just had my 3rd review & there is still one creditor not claimed.
Final IVA payment made in April 2013, never ever thought we could do it or get through it but we did! X

I have two creditors outstanding too. It's their problem not ours! x
