If you repay your debts in full, then go ahead and reclaim. I only have a problem justifying it when the creditors write off debt and then people ask for more money back. I'd feel ashamed to but if others feel an endless entitlement then get on with it.

I did the same thing and have successfully claimed back 1 out of the 3 ppi claims post IVA. 2 are still ongoing, awaiting final responce. If you belevied you where miss sold and it is proven you where miss sold or decided by the ombudsman. You have every right to claim back what was miss sold to you. Good luck!

Hi Myles, don't worry & don't be sorry.

If you are not confident on the phone, write a cover letter canceling the whole agreement that you have made over the phone & just send everything back to them.
They won't harras you to go ahead & personally I think your doing the right thing. Well done for getting through & completing your IVA. Send back the paper work & put this all behind you, you have a debt free future to enjoy! X
Final IVA payment made in April 2013, never ever thought we could do it or get through it but we did! X
