all done.
I tried to open a fixed term bond account today to invest some inheritance and was turned down...likewise for a cash ISA - apparently due to Exerperian record...it makes little sense as we have got a mortgage and car loan with Dunctons since our IVA ended !! Oh well the money will have to be used to buy premium bonds instead !

Stupid isn't it? Your money is safer than a lot of other people who have money problems - you have completed.

Shouldn't matter if your IVA is still showing on your record if you have completed and have the documentation to prove it. The money is yours to do with as you wish and is savings rather than credit.
