I'm new to this forum & hopefully someone may be able top help me.
I finished my IVA this Jan 11 - 5 Years of counting the pennies but it's worth it now!!
I got my Completion paperwork through in April 2011, I thought I'd give it a few months then check my credit file.
I got the report back today 3 out of the 6 creditors had the wrong default date I had one tha stated April 2007. I believe these should be before the IVA Start date? can someone confirm this. the other thing is that they all say default, should these say satisfied / settled?
They should say satisfied - just send throught a completion certificate to the creditors who are showing default and tell them to remove the defaults.
