It is not an official letter.. GOT ONE TODAY.. checked on net and cant find any trace of the "company" no registration detials on the letter I got.. an 0845 no like above (which will cost a bomb to ring.. thats how they make their money.. not to mention getting more personal info about you.. GIVE IT A WIDE BERTH...

Its a dodgy ltr.. no comapny registration details on the letter I got today.. bin it and dont give them any personal info.. Cant find the company website either by searching..

Quite agree that these sort of companies are just ambulance chasers and out to make money.

Possibly. I would still love to know the nitty gritty of what was going on there. I fear it's some sort of scam.

These companies are not worth bothering with, especially if your IVA is running well.

They trawl the Insolvency Register for details of those of us in an IVA and if they can get one or two vulnerable individuals then they can make some money from them.

Always best ignored. Any problems then the IP is the one to speak to.

Total wind up, never to be see again, yawn.
Last Payment - November 2011 - Completion Certificate received 2 weeks after last payment, Removed from Insolvency Register within 4 weeks after last payment.
