I did a full and final iva in Dec 2010.
My wife [not on the iva] is the mainholder of a credit card which I have a joint card, is it a problem for me to keep using my card?

gambler - you a 2nd card holder(not joint card holder) and have no legal responsiblilty for debt on the card - it all in your wifes name

Can't see a problem with that...Any debt on that card is on the original holder's name (and credit file).
