when i went through the application for the iva they asked my partners income etc and the say any extra income i.e. bonus etc they take 50% off is this just on my income as it is a single application or do they take into account my partners? he normally gets a christmas bunous and will be extremyl pee'd if they take that surely they dont have the right to take his extra income?

It will just be off your income. They only want to know his in order to make sure that you are both paying your fair share into the household expenses.

He will probably be expected to pay more into the household expenses if he does earn a lot which may free up some more disposable income for you to pay across.
