Hi, i'm glad you're getting things together. you'll feel better when you know your options.

Mel "knows her stuff" so you'll get good advice. this bit can be daunting,you'll get there.

mate, we were in a simular situation and decided to go iva and the day it was accepted that massive weight was lifted, its hard to get used to living in a budget but boy does it teach you how to control your money. Please dont worry too much its only money and guess what , it wont matter in a hundred years. the company we use are wilson field who have been fantastic from the start.

I'll be happy to help you whereever I can Animal. Although this is a worrying time, for people like me - we do this sort of thing every single day of every single week, so share that burden a little and concentrate on running the business, as if it is generating your income then it is important that you focus on the day to day side of that, and let the debts work themselves through - as they usually do.

Pulled what info I have together (I hope I've not forgotten anything)and sent it to Melanie Giles company. Initial phone call tomorrow.
