I know that you should tell them but I wonder how many people would once the final payment has been made,

What worries me is, on completing the 5 year journey, they somehow found out you didn't tell them about a windfall and the iva failed, what a devastating scenario that would be, i think honesty is always best, (i hope i don't receive a windfall not in the next few months anyway), till i have the cc in my hands anyway.
