I'm surprised that you were able to have an overdraft orange - it should have been included in the IVA.
I don't think any of us are allowed overdrafts now.

dont forget we started out in 2005 so all was new then ? not sure how long ivas had been going then ,but yes we had overdraft! they saw our statements each review and never any issues! .In fact thinking about it we had 2 overdratfs we had tax credits paid in to adifferent account and they had those statements.I supose kallis it could have been included but we still have them now so i guess not?
It obviously wasn't included. I'm just surprised that it wasn't picked up by the IP as all unsecured debts should have been in there.

All the way through we had different contacts only briefly met our IP in 2005 at our creditors meeting which we had to attend because husband was self employed.And then we spoke to the different contact persons ! about 4 times in the whole six years.would say they were not very good and have given then rubbish feed back on the forum page.I wonder if they were a bit more laid back then.?
