Maintenance university grant

I am 12 month into my IVA(vVncent Bond and Jones Giles)...my eldest is applying to university and on paper my hubbie and i earn too much for my son to qualify for any help with maintainance grant..do they take my iva and hubbies dmp into account????

I don't believe they take the IVA into account, my daughter is applying to universities at the moment too. Worth speaking with your IP as I know my IP is very helpful and looks like yours would be too!
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Daughter wasn't able to get a maintainence grant because of our income but the DMP we were on wasn't a factor at all.

She also managed to get her student loans each year with no problem.
