Hi Folks, I have been writing to all the creditors and CR companies and sending them my certificate of completion - or what I think is my certificate of completion. It is just a letter from the IP which says that we had x amount of debt and have paid y amount and that the IVA is now in full and final settlement having had our proposal accepted by all creditors. I have had a call from Egg Credit Card to say that this is NOT a certificate of completion and they will therefor not be changing any records. Is this right? Is there a special certificate which you need to receive? Have I got things wrong?[:I]

It is your completion letter. It's not a certificate even though we do.refer to it as that sometimes. Egg are talking a load of rubbish and have to accept it

Thanks - that's what I thought. Just thought I needed to check in case I was losing the plot.
