Hi guys, as some of you know,I completed my IVA in June this year, recieved my certificate of completion in october.
I have been on the Experian credit report and i have a rating of 926, which i was shocked about to be honest. This has improved from the 800's as i now have 'satisfied' on previous accounts.
I am looking forward to having my IVA come off my report in June and then i will be building up my rating even more.
I do believe it is a patience thing, i am a very impatient person but still absolutely over the moon to have got through this and it has tought me a lot!! Obviously with a lot of your guys help!
IVA Completed June 2011!

Update is it has now been 6 years + 1 day since the start...it has all just been removed from my credit report! Soo Happy!

It was worth the long wait!

Now I am free again!

Good news Coach - won't be long now until that IVA drops off your record.

thanks again for the support guys! Life is pretty good right now to be honest, this has been a b***** crazy year for me, i am married, had an amazing honeymoon, bought a house with my wife, and my IVA is complete. Cannot wait for it to completely fall off my credit file, then no trace of it! Looking back to when i started it, i couldnt even see the end, but time passed, i have learnt a hell of a lot and it feels good!
I was suprised to have a high credit score, even though i know the IVA on there affects it, i definately didnt expect to be in the 900's.
Yours will be finished in no time believe me!!!

Your story Coachjambo will act as an inspiration for some who can see clear evidence of light at the end of the tunnel.

If 1 person reads your post and decides to take action to sort out their debts you will have done a wonderful thing, without actually having to do anything other than post on a forum!!

Glad your score is rising up again and look forward to you dropping in from time to time to keep us updated on life after an IVA!

Trust me mate the fact you have made it through what seems at times like the hardest assault course in the universe shows others that it is possible!!!

And that helps when you are struggling to work out if you did the right thing.
