Hi....Has anyone got the DFD telephone number for customer care for those in an IVA?

The only number I could find on their website was a general one where you are on hold forever then it tells you to ring later and hangs up!

Hi,

You may find that the office is closed to existing customers until after the New Year.

Hi PJA I used to use the general number you refer to because it was an 0800 number and I did have to try a few times and wait quite a while to speak to someone at times but I knew the number was a free call. If you email their customer services with a request for someone to ring you back this might help, and I think it's always best to get everything confirmed in writing anyway e.g. on email. I used to find that if I avoided eg lunch times when I rang I was more likely to get a response eventually.
best wishes.
