Hi, I started my iva in Jan 2006 with Blair Endersby. It got extended for a 6th year and last year my case was passed to Grant Thornton.

My new end date for my IVA was 16th Jan 2012, the last payment that GT collected from me was in December 2011.

I recently received a letter stating that after receiving my income and expenditure documents and after the supervisor review that no additional income is due into my arrangement.

I emailed GT customer service two days ago to find out if this meant that my IVA had been successfully completed and what I need to do now if anything - so far I have not had a reply.

Can anyone let me know if yes this means that my iva is done and dusted and what steps I need to take now???

Many thanks for any help xx

Hi Maxine,

So pleased you have finished, well done.

Try contacting GT via this email address:

ivacustomerservices@uk.gt.com and ensure that "IVA Forum" is all that is entered in the subject line of the email

Karol is very good on picking up on these things and she will contact you as soon as possible.

Hi

I think there may be a delay because of the VAT issues surrounding IVAs

One way of checking is to see if you are still on the online insolvency register

Hopefully Karol will pick this up and help

Maxine - we sent you an email yesterday which I hope you have now received. You have successfully made all your payments and your case has now passed to closure to complete the final administration and issue the Notice of Completion.
Kind Regards
Karol

Thank you for the advice. Thank you for the email Karol, it set my mind at rest. It's been a long hard slog to get to the finish line and I'm just really happy that I can finally start planning for the future and I have definitely learnt from my past mistakes :o) x
